Replacement doors for a thirdy party rotomoulding machine

We were contacted by a foreign company that experienced a serious problem with a rotomoulding machine.
Unfortunately, despite several adjustment attempts, the excessive wear of the doors of the moulding chamber would still cause significant heat losses.
Rima-Team redesigned the doors with a more robust frame and improved the thermal efficiency.
After building the doors, with the help of our internal metal carpentry department, we proceeded to ship them in a very short time, limiting the customer’s downtime to a minimum.
Rima-Team, in addition to designing and building rotomoulding machines, is able to repair those produced by other manufacturers also through the building of customized replacement parts.
