New supports for a third parties machine
The photos document a repair carried out by Rima-Team for a spare parts order from a Spanish customer.
We rebuilt two broken arm supports of a machine produced by third parties.
The repair was performed based on the damaged supports which, once arrived at the Rima-Team workshop, were redesigned while maintaining the same measures.
The broken supports were produced in cast iron by molding. To proceed with the repair, Rima-Team proposed an alternative solution.
The new supports we have redesigned are made from steel parts, plasma cut and assembled by welding, and then processed in a CNC machine.
Being made of steel, compared to the old cast iron ones, the new arm guarantee greater mechanical resistance and less fragility and they will last for a long time.
